Pairwise Semantic Segmentation via Conjugate Fully Convolutional Network
2019Semantic segmentation has been popularly addressed using fully convolutional networks (FCNs) with impressive results if the training set is diverse and large enough. However, FCNs often fail to achieve satisfactory results due to a limited number of manually labelled samples in medical imaging.

Fully Conjugated Porphyrin Tapes with Electronic Absorption Bands That Reach into Infrared
Science, 2001Scandium(III)-catalyzed oxidation of meso-meso– linked zinc(II)-porphyrin arrays (up to dodecamers) with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone (DDQ) led to efficient formation of triply meso-meso –, β-β–, and β-β–linked zinc(II)-oligoiporphyrins with 62 to 91% yields.

Fully conjugated macrocycles composed of thiophenes, acetylenes, and ethylenes
Pure and Applied Chemistry, 2010Fully conjugated π-expanded macrocyclic oligothiophenes with 24π to 180π electron systems have been synthesized using a modified McMurry coupling reaction as the key step. For the synthesis of cyclo[n](2,5-thienylene-ethynylene)s composed of thiophenes and acetylenes, bromination-dehydrobromination and double elimination procedure were employed.

Fully Synthetic Trioxacarcins for Use in Antibody-Drug Conjugates
2021Dissertation advisor: Professor Andrew G. Myers Ethan L. Magno Fully Synthetic Trioxacarcins for Use in Antibody-Drug Conjugates Abstract Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) have emerged as an effective, targeted therapeutic modality in which a small molecule warhead is coupled to a cancer cell-selective monoclonal antibody. This conceptually simple design
