Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

Employing Novel Ranking Function for Solving Fully Fuzzy Fractional Linear Programming Problems

open access: yesمجلة بغداد للعلوم
Fuzzy programming is especially useful in cases where the coefficients are ambiguous. Because of this feature, in recent years, numerous techniques have emerged for addressing uncertainty.

Utilizing a new approach for solving fully fuzzy linear programming problems

open access: yesCroatian Operational Research Review, 2019
This paper deals with fully fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) problem in which all parameters and variables are characterized by L-R fuzzy numbers. By a proposed approach, the FFLP problem is converted into the triple objective functions, and hence a ...

Common-weights fuzzy DEA model in the presence of undesirable outputs with ideal and anti-ideal points: development and prospects

open access: yesComplex & Intelligent Systems, 2023
In the literature, fuzzy arithmetic approach has been used for solving fuzzy data envelopment analysis (DEA) model in the presence of undesirable outputs by use of ideal and anti-ideal decision-making units (DMUs).

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.

Revised Harmonious Fuzzy Technique for Solving Fully Fuzzy Multi-Objective Linear Fractional Programming Problems

open access: yesZanco Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences
The revised harmonious fuzzy technique (RHFT) is a method used to solve fuzzy optimization problems. It was capitalized as an extension of the classical linear programming technique to handle constraints and objectives that are fuzzy. The harmonious

Clinical Practice Guideline for Evaluation and Management of Peripheral Nervous System Manifestations in Sjögren's Disease

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Sjögren's disease is an autoimmune disorder that can impact multiple organ systems, including the peripheral nervous system (PNS). PNS manifestations, which can exist concurrently, include mononeuropathies, polyneuropathies, and autonomic nervous system neuropathies.

Current Tracking Adaptive Control of Brushless DC Motors

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, EarlyView.
In this paper, the current tracking for Brushless Direct Current motors is approached considering uncertainty in the parameters of the motor's model. An adaptive control scheme to compensate electrical parameters uncertainty is proposed without requiring any knowledge of the mechanical parameters.

Microporous Microgel Assemblies Facilitating the Recruitment and Osteogenic Differentiation of Progenitor Cells for Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
There is a significant need for biomaterials with well‐defined stability and bioactivity to support tissue regeneration. In this study, we developed a tunable microgel platform that enables the decoupling of stiffness from porosity, thereby promoting bone regeneration.

Three‐dimensional Antimony Sulfide Based Flat Optics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents the development of a grayscale electron beam lithography (g‐EBL) method for fabricating antimony trisulfide (Sb2S3) nanostructures with customizable 3D profiles. The refractive index of g‐EBL patterned Sb2S3 is determined based on the synergy of genetic algorithm and transfer matrix method.
