Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Convex Sweeping Processes with Noncompact Perturbations and with Delay in Banach Spaces
We prove two results concerning the existence of solutions for functional differential inclusions that are governed by sweeping processes, with noncompact valued perturbations in Banach spaces. Indeed, we have two goals.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

The author applies his fixed point theorem [J. Math. Anal. App1. 282, No. 1, 151--162 (2003; Zbl 1051.47042)] to obtain existence of solutions for the nonlinear impulsive Volterra inclusion of the form \[ x(t)= h(t)+ \int^t_0 f_x(t,s)\,ds+ \sum_{0< t_k< t} a_k(t) I_k(x(t_k)),\quad t\in J. \] Here \(x\) takes values in a partially ordered Banach space, \

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Functional-differential inclusions involving dissipative and compact multifunctions
Summary: This paper is a natural extension of [the author, Glas. Mat., III. Ser. 31, No. 2, 269-276 (1996; Zbl 0869.34013)]. The author examines main qualitative properties of the solution set to differential inclusions with lag. The right-hand side is supposed to be one-sided Lipschitzian and with almost continuous convex hull. He proves the existence

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.
