Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.This work aims to understand the origin of pattern deviation in PEDOT:Tos films formed via vapor phase polymerization on UV‐exposed oxidant. UV exposure induces formation of loosely bound water which diffuses and produces macroscopic structuring at increased block copolymer contents.
