This paper is devoted to the development of generalized (for a wide range of fields (100 kV/m–1000 MV/m) and temperatures (0–1500 K) in the radio frequency range (1 kHz–500 MHz)) methods for the theoretical investigation of the physical mechanism of ...

Real Analysis in Functional Equations
In this article, we will showcase some analytical concepts that can be used to tackle Functional Equations (FE) in the positive real numbers domain. Such concepts and related techniques have occasionally appeared in recent High School Math Olympiads, and they are often accompanied neatly by other known techniques.

A real-space Green’s function method for the numerical solution of Maxwell’s equations [PDF]
Author(s): Lo, B; Minden, V; Colella, P | Abstract: A new method for solving the transverse part of the free-space Maxwell equations in three dimensions is presented. By taking the Helmholtz decomposition of the electric field and current sources and considering only the divergence-free parts, we obtain an explicit real-space representation for the ...

On a Certain Generalized Functional Equation for Set-Valued Functions
The aim of the paper is to generalize results by Sikorska on some functional equations for set-valued functions. In the paper, a tool is described for solving a generalized type of an integral-functional equation for a set-valued function F:X→cc(Y ...

PPP–RTK functional models formulated with undifferenced and uncombined GNSS observations
Technique PPP–RTK combines the advantages of both the Precise Point Positioning (PPP) and the Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning. With the emergence of multi-frequency Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) observations, it is preferable to ...

Correcting Newton--C\^{o}tes integrals by L\'{e}vy areas [PDF]
In this note we introduce the notion of Newton--C\^{o}tes functionals corrected by L\'{e}vy areas, which enables us to consider integrals of the type $\int f(y) \mathrm{d}x,$ where $f$ is a ${\mathscr{C}}^{2m}$ function and $x,y$ are real H\"{o}lderian ...

A UNIVERSAL CAUCHY FUNCTIONAL EQUATION OVER THE POSITIVE REALS II
The authors study the so-called \textit{universal Cauchy functional equation} \[ af(xy)+bf(x)f(y)+cf(x+y)+d(f(x)+f(y))=0, \] where \(f\) is the unknown function mapping from the positive real numbers to complex numbers, and \(a,b,c,d\) are constants. This equation was studied by Dhombres before, but the domain of \(f\) contains zero.
