ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

Modeling of epitaxial graphene functionalization [PDF]
A new model for graphene, epitaxially grown on silicon carbide is proposed. Density functional theory modelling of epitaxial graphene functionalization by hydrogen, fluorine and phenyl groups has been performed with hydrogen and fluorine showing a high probability of cluster formation in high adatom concentration.

Models of Functional Neuroimaging Data [PDF]
Inferences about brain function, using functional neuroimaging data, require models of how the data were caused. A variety of models are used in practice that range from conceptual models of functional anatomy to nonlinear mathematical models of hemodynamic responses (e.g.

ABSTRACT Background PIK3CA‐related overgrowth spectrum (PROS) includes several rare overgrowth disorders resulting from somatic gain‐of‐function mutations in PIK3CA. Despite treatment advances, including the recent approval of alpelisib for PROS in the United States, literature detailing the patient experience with PROS is limited.

Consistency of the total least squares estimator in the linear errors-in-variables regression
This paper deals with a homoskedastic errors-in-variables linear regression model and properties of the total least squares (TLS) estimator. We partly revise the consistency results for the TLS estimator previously obtained by the author [18]. We present
