Acoustic Streaming‐Induced Multimodal Locomotion of Bubble‐Based Microrobots
Addressing microrobots' limited maneuverability; the acoustically‐powered micron‐scale robots with microorganism‐inspired motions are developed. These robots house two coupled microbubbles that create complex acoustic‐streaming yielding various flow patterns and allowing the microrobots to move swiftly.

Ultrasound Manipulation and Extrusion of Active Nanorods
Synthetic self‐propelled nano and microparticles have a growing appeal for targeted drug delivery, collective functionality, and manipulation at the nanoscale. This study demonstrates how the synergistic effect of acoustic and flow‐induced focusing in microfluidic nozzles enables control of the positions and orientations of individual passive and self ...

The Anabaena sp. PCC 7120 (Anabaena) coiled‐coil‐rich proteins ZicK and ZacK are strictly interdependent for the assembly of protein filaments in vitro and in vivo. Both proteins are involved in the manifestation of the linear multicellular Anabaena phenotype, with deletion of the coding genes resulting in a zigzagged cell filament phenotype ...

Libraries’ Metadata as Data in the Era of the Semantic Web: Modeling a Repository of Master Theses and PhD Dissertations for the Web of Data [PDF]
This study argues that metadata of library catalogs can stand autonomously, providing valuable information detached from the resources they point to and, therefore, could be used as data in the context of the Semantic Web.
