Acoustic Streaming‐Induced Multimodal Locomotion of Bubble‐Based Microrobots
Advanced Science, Volume 10, Issue 35, December 15, 2023., 2023 Addressing microrobots' limited maneuverability; the acoustically‐powered micron‐scale robots with microorganism‐inspired motions are developed.
