The Impact of the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records Recommendations on the ISBD(ER)
Cataloging & Classification Quarterly, 2000The main concepts of the report from the report Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) are described. The functionality of the elements included in ISBD(ER) within the FRBR framework is examined. Proposals are offered for the core-level description and for the basic-level national bibliographic record for electronic resources.
