2007This paper deals with the content of the funerary Nabataean inscriptions of Hegra/Mada'in Salih that date to the first century CE, north western Arabia (Saudi Arabia, Alula). In these 31 inscriptions the authors use some deterrent phrases and terms to protect the tombs and their belongings.
