Penurunan Kadar Sukrosa dan Total Koloni Fungi Papan Partikel Ampas Tebu dengan Perendaman Air dan Penambahan Fungisida

open access: yes, 2014
Bagasse was the materials that can be used as a raw material for particle board. The problem that occured in bagasse was odor caused by the growth of fungi which appear as a result of the sucrose content in material.

SIRT6‐Mediated Deacetylation of ATF3 Promotes Silica‐Induced Lung Fibrosis by Enhancing its Nuclear Import via Binding to Importin α

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SIRT6‐mediated ATF3 acetylation drives MGARP transcription and mitochondrial dysfunction in macrophages, promoting macrophage senescence and pulmonary fibrosis. Mechanistically, HSP70/Importin α competitively binds to ATF3, modulating its nuclear translocation.

Preliminary Insights into Sustainable Control of Solanum lycopersicum Early Blight: Harnessing Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Reducing Fungicide Dose

open access: yesAgronomy
Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) production is constantly threatened by several fungal pathogens, such as Alternaria solani, the causal agent of early blight disease. In this study, a greenhouse experiment was set up to evaluate the biocontrol ability of

A Strong Lewis Acidic Diethylsilylium Catalyst for Direct Sulfonamidation of Challenging Ketones

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Low‐substitution‐order silylium ions (R2HSi+) exhibit exceptional Lewis acidic activity. We report diethylsilylium‐catalyzed reductive sulfonamidation of functionalized ketones to access β‐amino esters. The in situ generated ion pair shows enhanced reactivity, with diethylsilane serving as both reductant and precatalyst. The developed protocol proceeds

Changes in fungicide sensitivity and relative species abundance in Oculimaculata yallundae and O. acuformis populations (eyespot disease of cereals) in Western Europe

open access: yes, 2008
Changing fungicide sensitivities in populations of Oculimacula yallundae and O. acuformis, the species responsible for cereal eyespot in Western Europe, were determined over a 17 year period between 1984 and 2000.

Multi‐Stimuli‐Responsive Hydrogen‐Bonded Organic Frameworks Nanocarriers Enable Targeted Fungicide Release and Plant Immune Regulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A fluorinated hydrogen‐bonded organic framework nanocarrier (PFC‐1‐F) loaded with PYR and coated with HACC enables multi‐stimuli‐responsive (enzyme/ROS/pH) release at infection sites. Exhibiting targeted antifungal activity against Sclerotium rolfsii, modulating plant antioxidant defense, and demonstrating favorable biosafety across plant, soil, and ...

De Novo Design of Membrane‐Targeting Antimicrobial Peptides Against Gram‐Negative Bacteria Using a Generative Artificial Intelligence Framework

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Antimicrobial resistance caused by Gram‐negative bacteria remains difficult to overcome due to the protective outer membrane. To address this challenge, a multi‐condition constrained generative AI framework, GenMTAMP is proposed for de novo membrane‐targeting antimicrobial peptide design by integrating physicochemical and spatial structure descriptors.

Molecular Engineering Mediated Interfacial Assembly as an Artificial Extracellular Matrix Remolds Bacteria With Enhanced Abiotic Resilience

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A biomimetic artificial extracellular matrix is assembled directly on Pseudomonas fluorescens by co‐assembling amyloid‐like lysozyme and alginate at the cell surface. This conformal nanocoating acts as both a hydration buffer and a physiological priming layer, markedly enhancing desiccation tolerance, seed adhesion, storage stability, and biocontrol ...
