Mutant KRAS‐m6A Epitranscriptome Axis Promotes Colorectal Cancer and is a Therapeutic Target
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Mutant KRAS‐m6A axis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) progression. Mutant KRAS stabilizes METTL3, leading to increased m6A‐modified BCL9L mRNA and translation of BCL9L protein. BCL9L in turn mediates TGF‐β secretion to induce differentiation of Treg and an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.VEGF‐C and its receptor VEGFR‐3 are critical for lymphangiogenesis. Cryo‐EM structures of the VEGFR‐3/VEGF‐C ectodomain complex reveal a canonical 2:2 ligand–receptor hetero‐tetramer that further assembles into higher‐order clusters beyond simple receptor dimerization.

The coated agents were applied in C. elegans. The life span study in C. elegans proves the authenticity of MS and SL. MS and SL extended the post‐harvest life of cucumber for 14 days.

Caging Polyhalide Anions in Polycyclodextrin for Long‐Lasting Aqueous Zinc‐Iodine Batteries
