Eye-Tracking and Emotion-Based Evaluation of Wardrobe Front Colors and Textures in Bedroom Interiors
Wardrobe fronts form a major visual element in bedroom interiors, yet material selection for their colors and textures often relies on intuition rather than evidence.

Research progress on biomarkers of traumatic brain injury
Traumatic brain injury: From primary insult to secondary neuroinflammation and degeneration. Abstract Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a common disorder of the nervous system and has become a leading cause of death and disability worldwide, imposing a substantial burden on patients and their social circles. Its main symptoms include dyskinesia, language

We report plate‐based coupled assays to rapidly and quantitatively determine the activity and selectivity of mucin‐active carbohydrate sulfatases. This fluorogenic assay further enables inhibitor identification and allows determination of (sub‐)cellular location. ABSTRACT Sulfated glycans play a central role in human health and influence cell signaling,

Light‐Controlled Modulation of 15‐Lipoxygenase‐1 Regulates Intestinal Inflammatory Signaling
The developed target‐guided strategy enables the rational design of diazo‐based photoswitchable inhibitors of 15‐lipoxygenase‐1. Distinct molecular architectures program opposite light‐dependent activity, allowing on‐demand control of enzyme inhibition.

Within the same molecular length scale, antiaromatic s‐indacene exhibits a marked increase in conductance compared to its aromatic benzodithiophene counterpart. Notably, the inherently small HOMO–LUMO gap of antiaromatic systems maintains a certain level of conductance even in the presence of cross‐conjugation.

An enantioselective rhodium‐catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition enables the synthesis of axially chiral diaryl ethers. Carbonyl coordination ensures high reactivity and regioselectivity, affording products bearing up to four stereogenic axes with good enantio‐ and diastereoselectivity.

A new class of “super‐strained” spiro heterocycles—spirocyclic 1‐azabicyclo[1.1.0]butanes—was synthesized via insertion of cyclobutane‐, oxetane‐, and azetidine‐containing sulfonium reagents into substituted azirines. The stability of this new class of compounds was studied.

Asymmetric Iron‐Catalyzed Vicinal C(sp3)─H Diamination of Carboxylic Acids
An iron‐catalyzed vicinal α,β‐C(sp3)─H diamination of readily available carboxylic acids furnishes chiral α,β‐diamino acids in a single pot with high regio‐, diastereo‐, and enantioselectivity (up to >20:1 dr and >99% ee). ABSTRACT The direct construction of chiral 1,2‐diamines through the stereoselective functionalization of two vicinal C(sp3)─H bonds

Catalytic Functionalization of Unactivated π‐Bonds Enabled by Bidentate Directing Auxiliaries
This review explores how bidentate directing auxiliaries have advanced transition‐metal catalysis for unactivated alkene/alkyne functionalization. By leveraging chelated intermediates, bidentate directing auxiliaries enable precise hydrofunctionalization, difunctionalization, and C─H activation of π‐bonds with unique selectivity and reactivity.
