Abstract. Effendi Y, Pambudi A, Pancoro A. 2019. Metagenomic analysis of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense-infected soil in banana plantation, Sukabumi, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 20: 1939-1945. Fusarium wilt is one of the most devastating diseases in banana plantation which caused by soil-borne fungal pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense.

Isolasi, Identifikasi Dan Evaluasi Antagonisme Terhadap Fusarium Oxysporum F.sp. Cubense (Foc) Secara in Vitro Dari Jamur Endofit Tanaman Pisang [Isolation, Identification and Evaluation of Antagonism to Fusarium Oxysporum F.sp. Cubense (Foc) Under in Vitro Conditions From Endophytic Fungi of Musa SP.] [PDF]
Isolation of endophytic fungi was done to find alternative microorganisms as antifungal agent against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Foc), causing Panama disease (fusarium wilt) on Musa spp.

Identifikasi dan Virulensi Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense RAS 4
The aim of this study was to identify and to detect the virulence of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Foc) race 4. The isolates consisted of BNT-2, KD-1, U-8, BK, A-2, and A-13. Monospore isolation was done to obtain stable isolates. The detection and characteristics of isolates were observed on Komada medium.
