Evaluation of virulence of Fusarium solani isolates on pea [PDF]

open access: yesPlant Protection Science, 2008
The virulence of 166 Fusarium solani isolates collected in the Czech Republic from infected pea plants was evaluated. Based on the ability to produce phytotoxic naphtarazin (DHF - dihydrofusarubin), only two isolates from this collection (designated FS VG and FS We) corresponded with the characteristics of f.sp. pisi.

MdERF114 enhances the resistance of apple roots to Fusarium solani by regulating the transcription of MdPRX63.

open access: yesPlant Physiology, 2023
As the main fungal etiologic agent of apple (Malus domestica) replant disease (ARD), Fusarium solani seriously damages apple roots. ETHYLENE RESPONSE FACTORs (ERFs) play an important role in plant resistance to biotic stress.
