Two‐Photon 3D Printing of Functional Microstructures Inside Living Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates 3D printing inside living cells by using two‐photon photo‐lithography. A bio‐compatible photoresist is injected into cells and selectively polymerized with a femtosecond laser, creating custom‐shaped intracellular structures with submicron resolution.

Fuzzy Logic Speed Regulator for D.C. Motor Tuning

open access: yesJTAM (Jurnal Teori dan Aplikasi Matematika)
A D.C. motor's rotational speed is regulated in this study using a PID controller and a fuzzy logic controller. In contrast to the fuzzy logic controller, which uses rules based on knowledge and experience, the proportional-integral-derivative (PID ...

A Neuro-Fuzzy Controller for Collaborative Applications in Robotics Using LabVIEW

open access: yesApplied Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing, 2009
A neuro-fuzzy controller was designed and implemented using LabVIEW over a mobile robotic platform. The controller is based on fuzzy clusters, neural networks, and search techniques.

Self‐Powered Flexible Triboelectric‐Gated Ion‐Gel Transistor for Neuromorphic Tactile Sensing and Human Activity Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Deep Q-Network Reinforcement Learning-Based Rotor Side Control System of a Grid Integrated DFIG Wind Energy System Under Variable Wind Speed Conditions

open access: yesIEEE Access
Wind power generation is a sustainable way to meet rising energy demand. Fluctuating wind speed causes fluctuating output power, which threatens power system stability. Due to the wind energy conversion system’s (WECS) output power transients, the

Assembling a True “Olympic Gel” From over 16 000 Combinatorial DNA Rings

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Olympic gels are an elusive class of soft matter, consisting of molecular networks held together purely by mechanically interlocked rings. Their topological structure promises unique properties and functions, but their synthesis has proven notoriously difficult.

Development of a Crisp Fuzzy-Like Controller Using Formula-Based and Vectorized Approaches [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Simplifying of implementation of linear state feedback fuzzy controllers is investigated through the thesis. One of the most important problems in fuzzy controller design is the number of fuzzy subsets (membership functions) for each fuzzy input/output
