Novel circuit to compensate the effect of source open circuit fault in distributed generation system
In this paper a novel compensating circuit, composed of capacitors, one IGBT switch, and a diode bridge is designed and employed within a SOFC distributed generation system connected to a micro-grid.

In this work, low‐resolution infrared imaging is combined with a 28 nm FeFET IMC architecture to enable compact, energy‐efficient edge inference. MLC FeFET devices are experimentally characterized, and controlled multi‐level current accumulation is validated at crossbar array level.
