TCM‐Suite platform is composed of two sub‐databases, Holmes‐Suite and Watson‐Suite. Holmes‐Suite database covers six marker genes, resulting in 235,470 kinds of biological ingredients. Watson‐Suite retrieved massive data for mining the “herb‐compound‐protein‐disease” interpretation.

Abstract Measurement error (ME) in geometric morphometrics has been the subject of countless articles, but none specific to the effect of time lags on landmark digitization error. Yet, especially for visiting scientists working on museum collections, it is not uncommon to collect data in multiple rounds, with interruptions of weeks or years. To explore

Diversifying agent's behaviors in interactive decision models
Abstract Modeling other agents' behaviors plays an important role in decision models for interactions among multiple agents. To optimize its own decisions, a subject agent needs to model what other agents act simultaneously in an uncertain environment.

Full‐order observer design for quadratic port‐controlled Hamiltonian systems
Abstract The full‐order observer design problem for a particular class of port‐controlled Hamiltonian systems is approached in this paper. The proposed full‐order observer scheme belongs to the structure preserving class of dynamic estimators as it preserves the natural stability properties of the approached class of systems that are useful for the ...

Interpolation graph convolutional network for 3D point cloud analysis
Abstract The feature analysis of point clouds, a popular representation of three‐dimensional (3D) objects, is rising as a hot research topic nowadays. Point cloud data bear a sparse and unordered nature, making many commonly used feature extraction methods, for example, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) inapplicable, while previous models suitable ...

Abstract This paper focuses on the issue of adaptive event‐triggered containment control for Markov jump multi‐agent systems characterized by hidden Markov jump parameters. The central objective is to design an output‐feedback controller for the Markov jump multi‐agent system by using an adaptive event‐triggered technique that not only ensures the ...

Explainable machine learning in cybersecurity: A survey
Abstract Machine learning (ML) techniques are increasingly important in cybersecurity, as they can quickly analyse and identify different types of threats from millions of events. In spite of the increasing number of possible applications of ML, successful adoption of ML models in cybersecurity still highly relies on the explainability of those models ...

The Slow‐Rotating Nucleus of Comet C/2013 R1 (Lovejoy)
ABSTRACT The close approach of comet C/2013 R1 (Lovejoy) allowed us to conduct an in‐depth study of the morphology of the inner coma. From the measurement of the dust emission structures expanding near the cometary nucleus in November–December 2013, we derived a slow rotation period of 47.8±1.2$$ 47.8\pm 1.2 $$ h.
