Replacing a Cereblon Ligand by a DDB1 and CUL4 Associated Factor 11 (DCAF11) Recruiter Converts a Selective Histone Deacetylase 6 PROTAC into a Pan‐Degrader

open access: yesChemMedChem, EarlyView.
This study introduced DCAF11 as an E3 ligase for PROTAC‐mediated histone deacetylase (HDAC) degradation. By replacing cereblon with DCAF11 as recruited E3 ligase, a selective HDAC6 degrader (A6) was transformed into pan‐HDAC degraders. The lead compound, 1j (FF2039), potently degraded HDACs from classes I, IIa, and IIb, showing strong antiproliferative

Benchmarking the performance of a low‐cost magnetic resonance control system at multiple sites in the open MaRCoS community

open access: yesNMR in Biomedicine, Volume 36, Issue 1, January 2023., 2023
This article describes the current properties and capabilities of MaRCoS (Magnetic Resonance Control System), an open‐source console with the aim of providing an inexpensive yet flexible platform for low‐cost MRI. The results presented show that sequences commonly used in the clinic can be programmed into an open‐source system and already produce high ...

Investigating the Anionic Redox Mechanism of Lithium Rich Cathodes

open access: yesChemNanoMat, EarlyView.
F‐doping of Li‐rich cathodes reveals that activation proceeds through a two‐step mechanism. The first step is a static reductive coupling mechanism that generates anionic redox and oxygen vacancies. These oxygen vacancies trigger the second step, a mobile TM‐migration mechanism.

Methods for drug safety signal detection using routinely collected observational electronic health care data: A systematic review

open access: yesPharmacoepidemiology and Drug Safety, Volume 32, Issue 1, Page 28-43, January 2023., 2023
Abstract Purpose Signal detection is a crucial step in the discovery of post‐marketing adverse drug reactions. There is a growing interest in using routinely collected data to complement established spontaneous report analyses. This work aims to systematically review the methods for drug safety signal detection using routinely collected healthcare data

Assessing the Sustainable Transition in LSPs Industry

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The growing pressure on logistics service providers (LSPs) to achieve strong sustainability performance highlights the importance of aligning their practices with technological tools to support such endeavour. Given the significant effort required to implement sustainability measures in companies, it is crucial to focus on implementing these ...
