A survey of kernel and spectral methods for clustering [PDF]
Clustering algorithms are a useful tool to explore data structures and have been employed in many disciplines. The focus of this paper is the partitioning clustering problem with a special interest in two recent approaches: kernel and spectral methods ...

On spaces of fuzzy metrics [PDF]
We consider the space of all fuzzy metrics in the sense of George and Veeramani that are compatible with the topology of a compact metrizable space. It is proved that this space of fuzzy metrics is an l^2-manifold.

A Dimension Reduction Framework for HSI Classification Using Fuzzy and Kernel NFLE Transformation
In this paper, a general nearest feature line (NFL) embedding (NFLE) transformation called fuzzy-kernel NFLE (FKNFLE) is proposed for hyperspectral image (HSI) classification in which kernelization and fuzzification are simultaneously considered.

Fuzzy Atomic System and Fuzzy K-frame in Fuzzy Hilbert Space
Atomic system in fuzzy Hilbert space is introduced and the existence of the fuzzy atomic systems for a strongly fuzzy bounded linear operator is studied. The notion of a K-frame in fuzzy Hilbert space is presented and some of their characterizations are given.

Some results on Fuzzy Pre- Hilbert Space

New Directions in Categorical Logic, for Classical, Probabilistic and Quantum Logic [PDF]
Intuitionistic logic, in which the double negation law not-not-P = P fails, is dominant in categorical logic, notably in topos theory. This paper follows a different direction in which double negation does hold.

Stem cell differentiation follows a conserved surface condensate trajectory: H3K27ac super enhancers nucleate large RNA polymerase II clusters that grow and unfold before transcriptional activity disperses them. This work reveals how biophysical forces at enhancer surfaces dynamically build and dismantle stem cell transcription hubs, reshaping cell ...
