Fault Detection of Electric Motors via Symmetrized Dot Pattern‐Based Features
ABSTRACT This study proposes a novel symmetrized dot pattern (SDP) approach using designed SDP‐based features, extracted from transformed vibration signals, for fault detection. These features describe the compactness, inclination, and shape of the “snowflake” diagram distributions.

Set-valued and fuzzy stochastic integral equations driven by semimartingales under Osgood condition
We analyze the set-valued stochastic integral equations driven by continuous semimartingales and prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions to such equations in the framework of the hyperspace of nonempty, bounded, convex and closed subsets of the ...

Covariant cosmological quantum space-time, higher-spin and gravity in the IKKT matrix model
We discuss a (3+1)-dimensional covariant quantum space-time describing a FLRW cosmology with Big Bounce, obtained by a projection of the fuzzy hyperboloid H n 4 . This provides a background solution of the IKKT matrix model with mass term.

Social Sustainability in Circular Bioeconomy Business Models: Insights From Argentina
ABSTRACT Research on circular bioeconomy business models (CBEBM) has largely prioritised environmental and economic aspects, leaving out the social pillar. To address this gap, this paper analyses to what extent and in what ways social sustainability is integrated into CBEBM, based on 12 cases from northern Argentina, a region with high potential for ...

ABSTRACT This paper proposes a boundary control method for nonlinear distributed parameter systems (DPSs) with limited boundary measurements (BMs), as typically encountered in networked cyber‐physical processes with spatially distributed dynamics such as thermal and biomedical diffusion systems.

Hilbert I-Statistical Convergence on Neutrosophic Normed Spaces
In this paper, λI-statistical convergence is defined to generalize statistical convergence on Neutrosophic normed spaces. As it is known, Neutrosophic theory, which brings a new breath to daily life and complex scientific studies which we encounter with ...

A Guide to Key Decision Criteria for Likert‐Scale Use in Survey Research
ABSTRACT Although widely used in survey research, the application of the Likert scale often lacks rigorous justification in relation to key methodological decisions. Furthermore, inconsistencies in terminology persist, for example, the common reference made to the “5‐point Likert scale,” even though debate is ongoing about the optimal number of ...

Fuzzy controllers design using space-filling curves [PDF]
We present a clustering technique for fuzzy rules based on Hilbert space-filling curves (SFC). SFC scans an n-dimensional space and reduces it to a curve, i.e. a one-dimensional line.

In this paper, the formulation of Quantum Mechanics in terms of fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets is explored. A result by Pykacz, which establishes a correspondence between (quantum) logics (lattices with certain properties) and certain families of fuzzy sets,
