A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.

Gold bipyramids can act as efficient plasmonic nanoheaters, but they often reshape during laser heating. This study shows that oxygen nanobubbles drive oxidative etching and that surface ligands control stability. CTAB‐ and citrate‐coated particles blunt and lose optical performance, whereas polystyrene sulfonate preserves shape and heating by ...

Cerebral organoids are transforming brain research, yet the field remains fragmented. This comprehensive systematic review maps 738 studies published between 2014 and 2024 to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across neuroscience. Introducing OrganoidMap—an interactive, open‐access platform to explore and compare models—this work enables ...

Fuzzy Inference System for The Risks Pregnancy Detection
One of the causes of the high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Aceh is the delay in handling cases of at risk pregnancies due to the lack of availability of easily accessible and well-documented information about ...

An automation interface for environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) enables simultaneous, interlaced data sets via frame‐by‐frame parameter changes. Demonstrated on oscillatory hydrogen oxidation over cobalt (Co) foil, dual‐magnification imaging bridges mesoscopic to microscopic length scales, capturing alternating views of surface dynamics ...

Multiagent Systems as an Approach to Building Fuzzy voter Communities using fuzzy languages
This paper explores the use of fuzzy set theory to model the behavior of voters in a multi-agent electoral environment. Voters, represented as fuzzy agents, communicate using imprecise language to form communities based on shared linguistic terms.

Towards Robustness in Parsing - Fuzzifying Context-Free Language Recognition [PDF]
We discuss the concept of robustness with respect to parsing a context-free language. Our approach is based on the notions of fuzzy language, (generalized) fuzzy context-free grammar and parser / recognizer for fuzzy languages.

Supervisory Control of Fuzzy Discrete Event Systems: A Formal Approach
Fuzzy {\it discrete event systems} (DESs) were proposed recently by Lin and Ying [19], which may better cope with the real-world problems with fuzziness, impreciseness, and subjectivity such as those in biomedicine.
