Solving intuitionistic fuzzy multi-objective linear programming problem and its application in supply chain management [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
summary:The aim of this paper is solving an intuitionistic fuzzy multi-objective linear programming problem containing intuitionistic fuzzy parameters, intuitionistic fuzzy maximization/minimization, and intuitionistic fuzzy constraints.

A review on history, trends and perspectives of fuzzy linear programming

open access: yesOperations Research Perspectives, 2022
This paper presents a literature review and analysis of fuzzy linear programming models and methods. This review traces back to the linear programming with fuzzy linear constraints models proposed by Hans Jürgen Zimmermann during 1974–76 which have ...

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

Linear, integer separable and fuzzy programming problems: a united approach towards automatic reformulation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1986
For mathematical programming (MP) to have greater impact as a decision tool, MP software systems must offer suitable support in terms of model communication and modelling techniques.

Neurologic Manifestations of Long COVID Affect Adult Females More Severely Than Males

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To characterize differences in neurologic manifestations of postacute sequelae of SARS‐CoV‐2 infection (Neuro‐PASC) between females and males. Methods Cross‐sectional study of the first consecutive 261 posthospitalization Neuro‐PASC (PNP) and 2068 nonhospitalized Neuro‐PASC (NNP) patients evaluated at the Neuro‐COVID clinic between ...

An Interactive Fuzzy Satisficing Method for Fuzzy Random Multiobjective 0-1 Programming Problems through Probability Maximization Using Possibility [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
In this paper, we focus on multiobjective 0-1 programming problems under the situation where stochastic uncertainty and vagueness exist at the same time.

Revised Harmonious Fuzzy Technique for Solving Fully Fuzzy Multi-Objective Linear Fractional Programming Problems

open access: yesZanco Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences
The revised harmonious fuzzy technique (RHFT) is a method used to solve fuzzy optimization problems. It was capitalized as an extension of the classical linear programming technique to handle constraints and objectives that are fuzzy. The harmonious

Cracking the Code: Which Ocular Symptoms Predict Dry Eye Signs? Insights From a Large International Sicca Registry

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The study aimed to identify symptom‐based predictors of dry eye disease (DED) signs in the Sjögren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) cohort. Methods We performed a retrospective analysis examining 16 ocular symptoms (most graded 0–4) and artificial tear (AT) use (graded 0–3) as predictors of DED signs (abnormal ocular ...

Multiple fuzzy reasoning approach to fuzzy mathematical programming problems [PDF]

open access: yes, 1991
We suggest solving fuzzy mathematical programming problems via the use of multiple fuzzy reasoning techniques. We show that our approach gives Buckley’s solution [1] to possibilistic mathematical programs when the inequality relations are understood ...

Linear Resolution for Fuzzy Logic Program

open access: yesJournal of Japan Society for Fuzzy Theory and Systems, 1994
Summary: Fuzzy logic programming is the theoretical foundation of Fuzzy Prolog, which is a fuzzy programming language based on fuzzy logic. In this paper, fuzzy logic programming is defined such that (1) fuzzy definite clause which is a logic formula for a representation of uncertain assertion, (2) fuzzy logical consequence which is a fuzzy definite ...
