The Application of Imperialist Competitive Algorithm for Fuzzy Random Portfolio Selection Problem

open access: yes, 2013
This paper presents an implementation of the Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA) for solving the fuzzy random portfolio selection problem where the asset returns are represented by fuzzy random variables.

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.

Program Linier Fuzzy Penuh Dengan Metode Kumar [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Fully fuzzy linear programing is part of a crisp linear programming (linear programimg with a number of crisp) which the numbers used are fuzzy numbers. Solving a fully fuzzy linear programming problems by using Kumar method to fuzzy optimal solution and

Clinical Practice Guideline for Evaluation and Management of Peripheral Nervous System Manifestations in Sjögren's Disease

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Sjögren's disease is an autoimmune disorder that can impact multiple organ systems, including the peripheral nervous system (PNS). PNS manifestations, which can exist concurrently, include mononeuropathies, polyneuropathies, and autonomic nervous system neuropathies.

Fuzzy Linear Programming – Foreign Exchange Market

open access: yes, 2011
Strategic asset management is concerned with a complex process that usually involves a variety decision making situations. But managers, decision makers, and experts dealing with optimization problems often have a lack of information on the exact values of some parameters and in the same time are unable to put into the model important aspects that ...

Cracking the Code: Which Ocular Symptoms Predict Dry Eye Signs? Insights from a large international sicca registry

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Purpose The study aimed to identify symptom‐based predictors of dry eye disease (DED) signs in the Sjögrens International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) cohort. Methods Retrospective analysis examining 16 ocular symptoms (most graded 0‐4) and artificial tear (AT) use (graded 0‐3) as predictors of DED signs [abnormal ocular surface staining ...

Revised Harmonious Fuzzy Technique for Solving Fully Fuzzy Multi-Objective Linear Fractional Programming Problems

open access: yesZanco Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences
The revised harmonious fuzzy technique (RHFT) is a method used to solve fuzzy optimization problems. It was capitalized as an extension of the classical linear programming technique to handle constraints and objectives that are fuzzy. The harmonious

A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.

An Adaptive Fuzzy Inference System Model to Analyze Fuzzy Regression with Quadratic Programming and Fuzzy Weights Incorporating Uncertainty in the Observed Data

open access: yesFuzzy Information and Engineering, 2023
To address the compounded uncertainty in the observed output data, we introduce a new method of fuzzy regression modeling which is based on quadratic programming and fuzzy weights, so that the objective function represents the quadratic error for all of ...
