-fuzzy probabilities

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1996
Abstract We treat B -fuzzy probabilities in nonstandard frameworks by the methods based on Boolean-valued models and especially Boolean powers. These formal methods, apart from the difficulties associated with the formal model itself, give a simple and powerful theory for fuzzy probability spaces and fuzzy random variables.

Fuzzy probability system: fuzzy-probability space (1)

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2001
Abstract The present paper discusses “The major objective of the theory of probability”, and hence provides a fuzzy probability system, which links both Von Mises's probability system and Kolmogorov's probability system to be a new one. Such a probability system has a more original theoretical starting point, and appears to deal with such uncertainty

Fuzzy probability and fuzzy events

PROBLEMS IN PROGRAMMING, 2016
The article deals with different approaches to calculating the probability of fuzzy event. We consider The problems in fuzzy formulation, which are solving with help of the proposed approaches to the calculation of fuzzy probability are considered.

Fuzzy and Probability

2007 International Forum on Strategic Technology, 2007
In the real world, we use measurement based, numerical, perception based or linguistic information. The probability theory is based on perception and has only two outcomes (true or false). Fuzzy theory is based on linguistic information and is extended to handle the concept of partial truth. Fuzzy values are determined between true or false.

FUZZY SETS AND PROBABILITY

Kybernetes, 1981
An attempt is made to save the law of excluded middle in fuzzy set theory. This is done by mapping the sentences of axiomatic set theory to a Boolean algebra, prior to assigning numerical values. With a simple choice of Boolean algebra a probability interpretation emerges.
