Polarization‐Enabled Piezoelectric Tellurium–Selenium (TexSe1–x) Thin Films for Memory Switching and Artificial Synaptic Functions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate and investigate polarization‐enabled electromechanical responses in cryogenic physical vapor deposition (cryogenic PVD)‐deposited TexSe1‐x thin films, a tellurium‐based compound with a tunable bandgap and enhanced non‐centrosymmetry.

Optimizing Inventory Costs in Manufacturing Systems Using Trapezoidal and Pentagonal Fuzzy Numbers

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics
Every manufacturing industry strives to always provide impeccable goods. Due to machine failures, labor issues, etc., this is practically unachievable in real-world situations during the manufacturing run time.

Novel Fuzzy Ostrowski Integral Inequalities for Convex Fuzzy-Valued Mappings over a Harmonic Convex Set: Extending Real-Valued Intervals Without the Sugeno Integrals

open access: yes
This study presents new fuzzy adaptations of Ostrowski’s integral inequalities through a novel class of convex fuzzy-valued mappings defined over a harmonic convex set, avoiding the use of the Sugeno integral.

A Triple‐Nanoparticle System for Controlled Graphene Nanosheet Stacking: Enabling K/Na‐Ion Battery Anodes with Ultra‐Fast Charging Exceeding Petroleum Vehicle Refueling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Large‐ion (K, Na) battery systems mitigate uneven global lithium distribution, while their ability to attain recharge time shorter than refueling would remove the final barrier for secondary batteries to replace petroleum vehicles. However, their large‐ion chemistry makes ultra‐fast charging an even significant challenge.

Dini’s Theorem for Fuzzy Number-Valued Continuous Functions

open access: yes
This work aims to provide several versions of Dini’s theorem for fuzzy number-valued continuous functions defined on a compact set K. In this context, there is a wide variety of possibilities since, unlike the real line, we can consider different ...

Transferable Deep Reinforcement Learning With Edge‐Contour‐Depth Fusion for Autonomous Wireless Capsule Endoscopy Navigation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an anatomical landmark‐guided DRL framework for autonomous wireless capsule endoscopy navigation. Using a lightweight edge‐contour‐depth fusion module, it achieves over 97% coverage across diverse gastric anatomies. To ensure reliability, a two‐stage sim‐to‐real pipeline with an adaptive dynamic programming controller mitigates ...

Electrochemically Induced Oxide‐to‐Hydroxide Transformation Enables Fast Proton Transport for Enhanced Hydrogen Evolution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An electrochemically induced transformation of polar MgO(111) into Mg(OH)2(001) creates a proton‐conductive hydroxide layer during hydrogen evolution. Operando synchrotron XRD and DFT reveal a low‐barrier Grotthuss proton‐hopping mechanism, establishing a feasible strategy for designing oxide‐hydroxide electrocatalysts with enhanced proton transport ...
