Limit equation of fuzzy relation and its application

Mamdani proposed the first fuzzy controller, which was described by fuzzy linguistic rules and fuzzy relations. The stability of this type fuzzy controller is closely related to fuzzy relations. In this paper some results of the theory of fuzzy relation equations are generalized, when fuzzy relations defined on fuzzy sets instead of crisp sets are considered. We find the biggest (or the smallest) solution of a fuzzy relation equation with different types of compositions.
