Nonlinear Systems Identification and Control Using Uncertain Rule-based Fuzzy Neural Systems with Stable Learning Mechanism [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
This paper proposes an uncertain rule-based fuzzy neural system (UFNS-S) with stable learning mechanism for nonlinear systems identification and control. The proposed UFNS-S system not only preserves the ability of handling uncertain information but also

General Synthesis of Amorphous Pd‐Based Nanoparticles Towards Highly Efficient Nitrate‐to‐Ammonia Electrocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A family of amorphous palladium‐based multi‐component phosphides nanoparticles, synthesized via a robust one‐step wet‐chemical method, overcoming the immiscibility of different elements and the difficulty in forming a stable, disordered structure. When applied in the electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction, these nanocatalysts effectively suppress ...

Consensus of T-S Fuzzy Fractional-Order, Singular Perturbation, Multi-Agent Systems

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
Due to system complexity, research on fuzzy fractional-order, singular perturbation, multi-agent systems (FOSPMASs) remains limited in control theory. This article focuses on the leader-following consensus of fuzzy FOSPMASs with orders in the range of 0,

Chemical Maturation Controls Bioavailability of Fetuin‐A‐Mineral Complexes in Biomineralization

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The role of Fetuin‐A‐mineral complexes in matrix mineralization is unclear. Here, Fetuin‐A‐mineral complexes were found to exist in functionally distinct states that determine mineral bioavailability: chemically labile calciprotein monomers directly mineralize collagen fibrils, while chemically matured primary calciprotein particles require cellular ...

Optimization of Fuzzy Controller Using Galactic Swarm Optimization with Type-2 Fuzzy Dynamic Parameter Adjustment

open access: yesAxioms, 2019
Galactic swarm optimization (GSO) is a recently created metaheuristic which is inspired by the motion of galaxies and stars in the universe. This algorithm gives us the possibility of finding the global optimum with greater precision since it uses ...

Probabilistic and fuzzy reasoning in simple learning classifier systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
This paper is concerned with the general stimulus-response problem as addressed by a variety of simple learning c1assifier systems (CSs). We suggest a theoretical model from which the assessment of uncertainty emerges as primary concern.

Photothermal‐Activated Antibacterial Amyloid‐Polyphenol‐Iron Hydrogels for Synergistic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
We report a thermally triggered supramolecular hydrogel (LTFe) formed by Fe3+ and tannic acid on lysozyme amyloid fibrils. Fe3+ enables rapid gelation and photothermal transduction with an efficiency of 88.56%. The LTFe hydrogel exhibits excellent biocompatibility, potent antibacterial activity against E. coli and S.
