Journal of Ultrastructure Research, 1976In FV3-infected cells, viral antigens appear in those areas of the cell membrane in close contact with budding virions. Owing to a lack of synchronization in the budding process, metabolic inhibitors could not be used up to now to study the requirements for this process nor the antigenic modifications ensuing.

Virology, 1981Abstract The in vitro interactions between unenveloped frog virus 3 and Kupffer cells have been studied at 37°, a nonpermissive temperature for viral multiplication. Kupffer cells were isolated by collagenase perfusion of rat livers followed by purification of the cells by centrifugal elutriation.

As part of this evaluation, HWT SFE participants were polled about their definition of a “good” hail forecast.
