Disease‐Stage Synchronized Nanozyme Therapy for Polymicrobial Sepsis through Adaptive Catalytic and Immune Reprogramming

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A disease‐stage synchronized nanozyme platform is developed to treat polymicrobial sepsis by adapting its functions to changing infection environments. The system eliminates multidrug‐resistant bacteria during early infection while reducing inflammation and restoring immune balance during recovery, providing an integrated strategy for infection control

Research on a Deep-Learning Model for Multisource Spaceborne GNSS-R Fusion in Sea Surface Height Retrieval

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
The development of GNSS-R ocean altimetry technology has significantly advanced global sea surface height (SSH) monitoring. However, single-satellite systems face inherent limitations: their spatial coverage is constrained by orbital patterns and revisit

Level 1 Products Calibration Assessment of FENGYUN-3E GNOS-II GNSS-R

open access: yes
The GNOS-II global navigation satellite system reflectometry (GNSS-R) Level 1 products from FENGYUN-3E, which include delay-Doppler map (DDM) and normalized bistatic radar cross section (NBRCS), significantly affect the inversion accuracy of geophysical ...

MSKE and CUX1 siRNA, but not Z-FY-CHO, sensitizes TNBC cells to 4-hydroxytamoxifen.

open access: yes, 2019
(A) MDA-MB-468 cells were treated with MSKE (20 μg/ml), 4-hydroxytamoxifen (1μM) or 17-β estradiol (0.01 μM) or combinations of MSKE plus 4-hydroxytamoxifen or 17-β estradiol, followed by MTS assay for cell viability.

Uncoupling Type I Interferon Benefits From Inflammatory Toxicity: Transformer‐Prioritized Precision Agonists for Potent and Safer Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A Transformer‐based AI framework, DLINP, screens millions of compounds to identify Co68, a cobalt‐pincer organometallic complex that biases TLR4‐MD2 signaling toward antitumor interferon activation while suppressing inflammatory toxicity through an early TLR4‐SYK‐STAT1 axis.

Mesoporous‐Shell Monolayer Plasmonic Architecture Enables Quantitative and Decision‐Guided SERS

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mesoporous‐shell‐regulated molecular transport combined with monolayer hotspot determinism transforms surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) from ultrasensitive detection into quantitative and decision‐guided molecular sensing. ABSTRACT Quantitative surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has long been impeded by stochastic hotspot formation ...

Macrophage PABPC4‐SPP1 Axis Orchestrates Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In the CRC microenvironment, macrophage PABPC4 binds to the 3′UTR of SPP1 mRNA to stabilize its expression, thereby sustaining M2‐like immunosuppressive macrophage polarization. Concurrently, this axis suppresses CD8+ T cell effector functions via CD44 signaling, collectively fostering an immunosuppressive niche that drives tumor progression.

Atmospheric Boundary Layer and Tropopause Retrievals from FY-3/GNOS-II Radio Occultation Profiles

open access: yesRemote Sensing
The atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) and tropopause play critical roles in weather formation and climate change. This study initially focuses on the ABL height (ABLH), tropopause height (TPH), and temperature (TPT) retrieved from the integrated radio ...

Disorder Driven Anisotropic Nonlinear Hall Effect in the Kagome Metal YbCo6Ge6 at Room Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The intrinsic structural disorder and short‐range correlated motifs in the kagome metal YbCo6Ge6 constitute the primary mechanism for a robust and anisotropic nonlinear Hall effect (NLHE). This effect is sustained across a wide temperature range, achieving a nonlinear responsivity of up to ∼4.5 × 10−3 m/V at 70 K, higher than known disordered and ...

An Injectable ROS‐Responsive Nanozyme Hydrogel Regulates the Uterine Microenvironment to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The injectable CeTA@GPP hydrogel is administered via intrauterine injection, forming a protective barrier. In the high ROS inflammatory microenvironment of injured endometrium, boronate ester cleavage triggers responsive CeTA release and local enrichment.
