On AdS3/ICFT2 with a dynamical scalar field located on the brane
We exploit the holographic duality to study the system of a one-dimensional interface contacting two semi-infinite two-dimensional CFTs. Central to our investigation is the introduction of a dynamical scalar field located on the bulk interface brane ...

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

MagmaFlow: A desktop platform for artificial intelligence‐driven expression analysis
MagmaFlow is a free, no‐code platform for gene expression analysis. It generates interactive volcano plots, links genes to literature, pathways, and diseases, prioritizes candidates using millions of publications, identifies affected biological processes, builds network diagrams, and exports publication‐ready figures and reports for macOS and Windows ...

Sequence entropy and g-measures [PDF]
This thesis presents some results on sequence entropy and g-measures. Chapter I is concerned with the sequence entropy hΑ(T) of transformations with quasi-discrete spectrum. In [10], it was shown that T has discrete spectrum if and only if hA(T) is zero

Stress relaxation models with polyconvex entropy in Lagrangean and Eulerian coordinates [PDF]
The embedding of the equations of polyconvex elastodynamics to an augmented symmetric hyperbolic system provides in conjunction with the relative entropy method a robust stability framework for approximate solutions \cite{LT06}.

Lactoferrin promotes wound healing by activating MAPK, PI3K/Akt, and extracellular matrix pathways, enhancing fibroblast remodeling, proliferation, and re‐epithelialization. These mechanisms highlight its therapeutic potential in inflammation control, tissue repair, and remodeling.

Generalized entropy of photons in AdS
This work analyzes the quantum corrections to holographic entanglement entropy at first subleading order in G N due to photon excited states in AdS. We compute the vacuum-subtracted von Neumann entropy of a U(1) current excited state for a polar cap ...

Evaluating the effect of γ‐oryzanol on MASLD pathology using a medaka fish model
This study explores a liver disease called MASLD, which is increasing worldwide and can lead to serious damage. Researchers used medaka fish instead of rodents to test a food compound, γ‐oryzanol. Fish fed this compound had less liver fat and healthier gut bacteria.

KDAC6 has been associated with cell motility and actin structures, but specific domain contributions are not established. The two catalytic domains have differential effects on motility and F‐actin regulation, affecting cortical F‐actin density, motility, stress fibers, and cell spreading.
