Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Yield stability and relationships among stability parameters in faba bean (Vicia faba L.) genotypes
Sixteen faba bean genotypes were evaluated in 13 environments in Ethiopia during the main cropping season for three years (2009–2011). The objectives of the study were to evaluate the yield stability of the genotypes and the relative importance of ...

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

g-Frames are natural generalizations of frames which cover many other recent generalizations of frames, e.g., bounded quasi-projectors, frames of subspaces, outer frames, oblique frames, pseudo-frames and a class of time-frequency localization operators.

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Thermal stability of poly(oxyalkylene)amine-grafted polypropylene copolymers [PDF]
The thermal and thermo-oxidative degradation of a family of amphiphilic copolymers consisting of a polypropylene (PP) backbone and several poly(oxyethylene) /poly(oxypropylene) (POE/POP) pendants were investigated by using a thermal gravimetric analysis (

Characterization and stability of approximately dual g-frames in Hilbert spaces
This paper addresses approximately dual g-frames. First, we establish a connection between approximately dual g-frames and dual g-frames and obtain a characterization of approximately dual g-frames.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.
