Synthese und aktivitätsbasierte Proteinprofilierung identifizieren die Aldo‐Keto‐Reduktase 1C3 als Zielprotein der Myxoglucamide

Myxoglucamid A – ein neuartiges, aus Myxobakterien isoliertes Glykolipopeptid – wurde erstmals totalsynthetisch hergestellt. Mittels aktivitätsbasierter Proteinprofilierung (ABPP) wurde die Aldo‐Keto‐Reduktase 1C3 (AKR1C3) als primäres Zielprotein in menschlichen Zellen identifiziert.

Bistable Switching of π‐Conjugation in a Dithienylethene‐Bridged Luminescent Trityl Diradicaloid

Photoswitches that affect π‐conjugation offer a powerful strategy for external manipulation of luminescent diradicals. Dithienylethene‐linked persistent trityl diradicaloids, DTE‐TTM2 and F6‐DTE‐TTM2, exhibit bistable switching of their optical, electrochemical and magnetic properties.

Interfacial Mn‐Carbon Nitride Synergy Enables Selective Photocatalytic C─H Chlorination via Single‐Atom Catalysis

A manganese single‐atom photocatalyst on functionalised carbon nitride enables selective visible‐light‐driven C(sp2)─H chlorination. DFT‐supported mechanistic studies indicate that photoinduced charge separation activates NCS, while isolated Mn sites stabilize Mn─Cl intermediates at the catalyst interface.
