Receptors coupled to heterotrimeric G proteins of the G12 family
Trends in Pharmacological Sciences, 2005Much regarding the engagement of the G(12) family of heterotrimeric G proteins (G(12) and G(13)) by agonist-activated receptors remains unclear. For example, the identity of receptors that couple unequivocally to G(12) and G(13) and how signals are allocated among these and other G proteins remain open questions.

Purification and characterization of sialidase fromClostridium sordellii G12
Glycoconjugate Journal, 1987Sialidase secreted by the urease-positiveClostridium sordellii strain G12 was isolated from culture medium and purified to apparent homogeneity as estimated by Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) and sodium dodecylsulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).

G12 Reducing harm from extravasation injury in children
Quality Improvement: Delivering Better Patient Outcomes and Experience, 2017Background/problem Extravasation injuries are a recognised cause of avoidable harm. Baseline data collection identified 35 such injuries to children in our hospital in 2014. In addition to the adverse effect on patients and the distress to their families and staff involved, several of these injuries resulted in litigation proceedings.

Recurring HRAS mutation G12S in Dutch patients with Costello syndrome
Experimental Dermatology, 2006Abstract: Costello syndrome (CS) is a rare multiple congenital anomaly/mental retardation syndrome characterized by coarse face, loose skin and cardiomyopathy. It is often associated with benign and malignant tumors. Several groups have now demonstrated that CS is caused by recurring mutations in the HRAS gene in different ethnic groups.
