open access: goldJapanese Journal of Infectious Diseases, 2015
Human rotavirus samples from 54 children with acute gastroenteritis in Myanmar in 2011 were subjected to reverse transcription-PCR to determine their G and P types. On G typing, G2 (24/54; 44.4%) was found to be the most prevalent, followed by G12 (17/54; 31.5%) and G1 (1/54; 1.9%). Mixed cases with G2 and G12 were found in 12 of the 54 (22.2%) samples.

Galaxy And Mass Assembly (GAMA): Assimilation of KiDS into the GAMA database [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
The Galaxy And Mass Assembly Survey (GAMA) covers five fields with highly complete spectroscopic coverage ($>95$ per cent) to intermediate depths ($r<19.8$ or $i < 19.0$ mag), and collectively spans 250 square degrees of Equatorial or Southern sky. Four of the GAMA fields (G09, G12, G15 and G23) reside in the ESO VST KiDS and ESO VISTA VIKING survey ...

Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition and branch-and-price solving in G12 [PDF]

open access: yesConstraints, 2009
The G12 project is developing a software environment for stating and solving combinatorial problems by mapping a high-level model of the problem to an efficient combination of solving methods. Model annotations are used to control this process. In this paper we explain the mapping to branch-and-price solving.

Degeneracy and decomposability in abelian crossed products [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
In this paper we study the relationship between degeneracy and decomposability in abelian crossed products. In particular we construct an indecomposable abelian crossed product division algebra of exponent $p$ and index $p^2$ for $p$ an odd prime.
