ESO 603-G21: A strange polar-ring galaxy [PDF]
We present the results of B, V, R surface photometry of ESO603-G21 - a galaxy with a possible polar ring. The morphological and photometric features of this galaxy are discussed.

Proof of the BMR conjecture for G20 and G21 [PDF]
We prove two new cases of the Brou -Malle-Rouquier freeness conjecture for the Hecke algebras associated to complex reflection groups. These two cases are the complex reflection groups of rank 2 called $G_{20}$ and $G_{21}$ in the Shephard and Todd classification. This reduces the number of remaining unproven cases to 3.

Functional Characterization of the Candidate Tumor Suppressor Gene NPRL2 / G21 Located in 3p21.3C [PDF]
Abstract Initial analysis identified the NPRL2/G21 gene located in 3p21.3C, the lung cancer region, as a strong candidate tumor suppressor gene. Here we provide additional evidence of the tumor suppressor function of NPRL2/G21. The gene has highly conserved homologs/orthologs ranging from yeast to humans.

Bacterial survival and mineralization of p-nitrophenol in soil by green fluorescent protein-marked Moraxella sp. G21 encapsulated cells [PDF]
Moraxella sp. G21 cells marked with the green fluorescent protein (gfp) survived in kappa-carrageenan beads and as free cells for a month after inoculation into autoclaved soil and non-sterile soil contaminated with p-nitrophenol (PNP).

Regular G21-trisomy in 3 sibs from mother with trisomy 21 mosaicism. [PDF]
This paper describes a family with 3 affected sibs with regular trisomy 21 Down syndrome. The condition seems to be transmitted from a phenotypically normal mother in whom G-trisomy mosaicism was identified. Giemsa banding depicted trisomy 21 mosaicism in cells from the mother. Chromosomes from the children showed a trisomy 21 in all the cells analysed.

Isolation and identification of specific Enterococcus faecalis phage C-3 and G21-7 against Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli and its application to one-day-old geese [PDF]
Colibacillosis caused by Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC), including peritonitis, respiratory tract inflammation and ovaritis, is recognized as one of the most common and economically destructive bacterial diseases in poultry worldwide.

G21 Long-term outcome of pneumococcal haemolytic uraemic syndrome [PDF]
Aims Haemolytic uraemic syndrome [HUS] is defined by microangiopathic haemolytic anaemia [MAHA], thrombocytopaenia and oliguria/elevated creatinine for age clinically manifesting from endothelial cell injury and microvascular thrombosis. Occurring as a rare complication of pneumococcal infection, P-HUS accounts for 5%–15% of HUS cases in young ...

Quantitative analysis of mRNA expression levels and DNA methylation profiles of three neighboring genes: FUS1, NPRL2/G21 and RASSF1A in non-small cell lung cancer patients [PDF]
BackgroundTumor suppressor gene (TSG) inactivation plays a crucial role in carcinogenesis. FUS1, NPRL2/G21 and RASSF1A are TSGs from LUCA region at 3p21.3, a critical chromosomal region in lung cancer development.
