Laser‐Ablated Cu2O Inks Enable Stable, Flexible Spray‐Processed Photocathodes

Laser ablation in liquid is used to produce Cu2O inks containing intrinsically intermixed Cu2O/Cu0 nanocrystals. When spray‐deposited into photocathodes, this nonequilibrium heterostructure promotes improved interfacial conductivity, enhanced charge‐transfer kinetics, and superior operational stability compared to phase‐pure Cu2O films.
