Mutations Alter Conformations and Dynamics of APP‐TMDs: An RDC Analysis

Using residual dipolar couplings, we analyzed the conformations of one substrate and two mutants. Using snapshots of a molecular dynamics trajectory, we analyzed how well structures matched the measured RDC values.
