Brane World Cosmologies with Varying Speed of Light [PDF]
We study cosmologies in the Randall-Sundrum models, incorporating the possibility of time-varying speed of light and Newton's constant. The cosmologies with varying speed of light (VSL) were proposed by Moffat and by Albrecht and Magueijo as an ...

We developed a RhPd‐H nanozyme that integrates enhanced POD‐mimetic catalytic activity with thermally triggered H2 release. H2 shields and reprograms mitochondria to continuously leak endogenous ·O2−. This dual‐path ROS spatially and temporally disrupts redox homeostasis, inducing persistent oxidative stress for tumor suppression and antitumor immunity,

Considering spatiotemporal evolutionary information in dynamic multi‐objective optimisation
Abstract Preserving population diversity and providing knowledge, which are two core tasks in the dynamic multi‐objective optimisation (DMO), are challenging since the sampling space is time‐ and space‐varying. Therefore, the spatiotemporal property of evolutionary information needs to be considered in the DMO.

Wide Localized Solitons in Systems with Time and Space-Modulated Nonlinearities
In this work we apply point canonical transformations to solve some classes of nonautonomous nonlinear Schr\"{o}dinger equation namely, those which possess specific cubic and quintic - time and space dependent - nonlinearities.

On Gellman's Attempted Rescue [PDF]
In "Ordinary Morality Implies Atheism" (2009), I argued that traditional theism threatens ordinary morality by relieving us of any moral obligation to prevent horrific suffering by innocent people even when we easily can.

A fluorinated cyclic ether, FDOL, is shown to stabilize Mg metal anodes by tuning Mg2+ solvation of the G2 electrolyte. The G2‐FDOL electrolyte suppresses passivation and thick, diffusion‐blocking Mg deposits, enabling more uniform Mg plating/stripping and sustained interfacial reactions.

ABSTRACT Background Radical gastrectomy, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy has been a common practice in Japan for peritoneal lavage cytology‐positive (CY1) but peritoneal dissemination‐negative (P0) stage IV gastric cancer. This study aimed to clarify the differences in treatment outcomes between upfront surgery and preoperative chemotherapy, followed

A time-programmed therapy for enhanced cartilage regeneration in immunocompetent animals
Stem cell-based cartilage regeneration remains a major clinical challenge due to the need for temporally coordinated immunomodulation and chondrogenic induction.
