Deciphering opening mechanisms of 14-3-3 proteins. [PDF]
Abstract The 14‐3‐3 proteins are a highly conserved family of regulatory molecules that play crucial roles in various cellular processes. They are known for their ability to bind to phosphorylated serine and threonine residues on target proteins, which allows them to modulate their activity, localization, and stability.

Ubiquitin's Conformational Heterogeneity as Discerned by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy. [PDF]
Much of our understanding into protein conformational heterogeneity stems from NMR‐based studies of the 76 amino acid protein ubiquitin which is an omni‐present post‐translational modification playing an integral role in ubiquitination, a process regulating nearly all aspects of cellular function. Herein, we discuss 30+ years of NMR research pertaining
