Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

AbstractIn this paper we study connected (g, f)‐factors. We describe an algorithm to connect together an arbitrary spanning subgraph of a graph, without increasing the vertex degrees too much; if the algorithm fails we obtain information regarding the structure of the graph. As a consequence we give sufficient conditions for a graph to have a connected

Ribosomes, G-factor and Siomycin
Nature New Biology, 1971G-factor interacts with the 50S ribo-somal subunit at a site which is distinct from the peptidyl transferase centre and which is inactivated by siomycin.

Escherichia coli elongation factor G blocks stringent factor
Biochemistry, 1980The relationship between the binding domains of elongation factor G(EF-G) and stringent factor (SF) on ribosomes was studied. The binding of highly purified, radioactively labeled, protein factors to ribosomes was monitored with a column system.

Every metal has a Fermi surface, which gives rise to quantum oscillations in a magnetic field. But the nature of the Fermi surface in cuprate superconductors is a profound mystery that scientists are only starting to unravel.

Fractional ( g, f )-factors of graphs
Acta Mathematica Scientia, 2001Using graphical methods, the authors present a new proof of a characterization of the existence of fractional \((g,f)\)-factors of a multigraph. Based on their proof, a polynomial algorithm for finding a \((g,f)\)-factor can be described.

Novel mutants of elongation factor G
Journal of Molecular Biology, 1990A novel mutant form of elongation factor G (EF-G) in Escherichia coli is described. This variant EF-G restricts reading frame errors by a factor of 2 to 3 in vivo at two different positions in a lacIZ fusion. In addition, a conventional fusidic acid resistant (fusR) mutant of EF-G was compared with the restrictive mutant.

Orthogonal (g, f)-factorizations in networks
Networks, 2000Summary: Let \(G= (V,E)\) be a graph and let \(g\) and \(f\) be two integer-valued functions defined on \(V\) such that \(k\leq g(x)\leq f(x)\) for all \(x\in V\). Let \(H_1,H_2,\dots, H_k\) be subgraphs of \(G\) such that \(|E(H_i)|= m\), \(1\leq i\leq k\), and \(V(H_i)\cap V(H_j)= \emptyset\) when \(i\neq j\). In this paper, it is proved that every \(
