Versatile Microgel Platform for Intervertebral Disc Degeneration Therapy: Targeting Pericyte‐Mediated Fibrosis and Protecting Nucleus Pulposus Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The engineered MMS@TRP microgel enables targeted, acid‐responsive delivery of a miR‐21 inhibitor to pericytes. It effectively suppresses disc fibrosis by inhibiting TGF‐β signaling while protecting nucleus pulposus cells via sustained, antioxidant tannic acid release.

Excitation‐Selective Hydrochromic Upconversion in Zero‐Dimensional Metal Halides

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Excitation wavelength dictates whether moisture speaks. In zero‐dimensional metal halides, the same humidity leaves the upconversion emission unchanged under 980 nm excitation yet triggers a distinct green‐to‐red shift under 1550 nm. This excitation‐selective hydrochromism, governed by the absorption at each wavelength, enables stimulus‐dependent ...

Ultra‐Low Power Consumption and Highly Durability in Sm:HfO2 Thin Film Ferroelectric Memristor for Edge Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT With the continuous development of computer image processing, developing efficient and low‐power computing devices has become a key challenge. Memristors have integrated in‐situ storage and computing capabilities, making them an ideal choice for low‐power image processing computing architectures. However, current memristors are confronted with

Ferroionic Electrostatic Landscapes Enabling Wireless Energy Harvesting, Storage, and Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
By integrating experiments and electrostatic field simulations, we show that long‐range wireless coupling in Li‐based ferroionics devices emerges from the cooperative interaction between ionic migration and electronic polarization. This coupling sustains self‐polarized electrostatic fields across centimeter‐scale air gaps without external bias or ...
