ROS‐Responsive Nanobubbles for Dual‐Enhanced Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Tumor Oxidative Stress

We report the development of biotinylated PEGylated bilirubin‐coated perfluoropentane (bt‐PEG‐BR@PFP) nanobubbles, a novel class of ROS‐activatable and dual‐modality contrast agents that amplify both ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signals in response to elevated ROS.

This study reports a novel rationally‐designed optical nanoprobe based on dumbbell‐shaped mesoporous silica‐coated gold nanorods, loaded with rare‐earth oxides, photosensitizers, and tumor‐targeted peptides, enabling plasmonic‐enhanced multimodal imaging and PTT‐PDT synergy.

Paternal Caffeine Exposure Programs Offspring Stress Vulnerability via Sperm Dlk1‐Dio3 Imprinting‐Directed Remodeling of a Novel Neural Circuit

The study elucidates that paternal preconception stress can drive offspring hyperresponsivity of the stress system via hypomethylation of a specific DNA region in sperm. This key link is confirmed in a cohort of prospective fathers: the epigenetic alteration is associated with elevated stress hormone levels.

Physics‐Constrained Constitutive Learning of Rate‐Limiting Timescales for Efficient Hydrogen‐Based Direct Reduction for Green Steel Making

A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Effective reaction and transport timescales are inferred directly from measured trajectories and mapped against operating conditions, pellet architecture, and composition. Reverse Weak Polarity‐Induced Ordered Layer Control strategy, optimizing the design of layered structures, has been successfully designed. By leveraging inhomogeneous field of units to replace isotropic fields of metal cations, polar layers realize controllable layer stacking via a “layer→linker→layer” polarity transfer.
