ФОРМЫ ТРЕХКОМПОНЕНТНЫХ СВЕРХСКОПЛЕНИЙ ГАЛАКТИК
We analyzed the shapes of galaxy superclusters, contains only 3 galaxy clusters. The superclusters were found using PF Catalogue Galaxy Clusters and Groups covering 5000 square degrees as input data.

Galaxy tools and workflows for sequence analysis with applications in molecular plant pathology [PDF]
The Galaxy Project offers the popular web browser-based platform Galaxy for running bioinformatics tools and constructing simple workflows. Here, we present a broad collection of additional Galaxy tools for large scale analysis of gene and protein ...

Towards a realistic population of simulated galaxy groups and clusters [PDF]
We present a new suite of large-volume cosmological hydrodynamical simulations called cosmo-OWLS. They form an extension to the OverWhelmingly Large Simulations (OWLS) project, and have been designed to help improve our understanding of cluster ...

We combine high resolution N-body simulations with deep observations of neutral hydrogen (HI) in nearby galaxy groups in order to explore two well-known theories of HI cloud formation: HI stripping by galaxy interactions and dark matter minihalos with ...

Properties of intra-group stars and galaxies in galaxy groups: ‘normal’ versus ‘fossil’ groups [PDF]
Cosmological LCDM simulations of 12 M_vir~10^14 Msun galaxy groups have been performed, invoking star formation, chemical evolution with non-instantaneous recycling, metallicity dependent radiative cooling, strong star-burst driven galactic super-winds and effects of a meta-galactic UV field. At z=0, intra-group light (IGL) fractions are found to be 12-

A Slowly Pulsating Run‐Away B Star at High Galactic Latitude Ejected From a Spiral Arm
ABSTRACT We report the discovery of the young B6 V run‐away star LAMOST J083323.18 + 430825.4, 2.5 kpc above the Galactic plane. Its atmospheric parameters and chemical composition are determined from LAMOST spectra, indicating normal composition. Effective temperature (Teff$$ {T}_{\mathrm{eff}} $$ = 14,500$$ \mathrm{14,500} $$ K) and gravity (logg ...

On optical mass estimation methods for galaxy groups
We examine the performance of a variety of different estimators for the mass of galaxy groups, based on their galaxy distribution alone. We draw galaxies from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey for a set of groups and clusters for which hydrostatic mass ...

A volume-limited sample of X-ray galaxy groups and clusters – I. Radial entropy and cooling time profiles [PDF]
We present the first results of our study of a sample of 101 X-ray galaxy groups and clusters, which is volume-limited in each of three X-ray luminosity bins. The aim of this work is to study the properties of the innermost ICM in the cores of our groups

In this paper we introduce the galaxy of Coxeter groups -- an infinite dimensional, locally finite, ranked simplicial complex which captures isomorphisms between Coxeter systems. In doing so, we would like to suggest a new framework to study the isomorphism problem for Coxeter groups.
