Hemorrhage in the gallbladder (GB) is usually associated with cholecystitis, GB neoplasm, trauma, hemobilia, and cystic artery aneurysm. Our patient had not experienced any previous abdominal trauma, and GB hemorrhage was unlikely to result from cholecystitis or bleeding diathesis.
