Production of a T cell hybridoma that expresses the T cell receptor gamma/delta heterodimer. [PDF]
We have produced a T cell hybridoma line by fusion of an IL-2-dependent, long-term T cell receptor (TCR) gamma/delta+ Thy-1+, bone marrow-derived, dendritic epidermal cell line to the BW5147 tumor line.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Defective development of gamma/delta T cells in interleukin 7 receptor-deficient mice is due to impaired expression of T cell receptor gamma genes. [PDF]
Mice lacking the interleukin 7 receptor (IL-7R) generate alpha/beta T cells at a detectable but greatly reduced rate, but gamma/delta T cells are completely absent.

Vδ2+ T cell response to malaria correlates with protection from infection but is attenuated with repeated exposure. [PDF]
Vδ2+ γδ T cells are semi-innate T cells that expand markedly following P. falciparum (Pf) infection in naïve adults, but are lost and become dysfunctional among children repeatedly exposed to malaria.

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,

Many cancer immune therapy approaches depend on an HLA-restricted neoantigen-specific T cell response. AUs show here that Zoledronic acid can expand, and induce tumour recognition by, a population of tissue resident memory gamma-delta T cells associated ...

MiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
During early human erythropoiesis, miR‐513a promoted erythroid differentiation in primary human CD34+ hematopoietic stem‐progenitor cells and human TF‐1 erythroleukemic cells by indirectly decreasing c‐Jun and phospho‐c‐Jun expression, which are associated with increased GATA1 expression.

Potential of gamma/delta T cells for solid tumor immunotherapy
Gamma/delta T (γδ T)cells possess a unique mechanism for killing tumors, making them highly promising and distinguished among various cell therapies for tumor treatment.

Background T cell clonality assays in veterinary medicine currently target only the T cell receptor gamma (TRG) locus. Existing assays have suboptimal sensitivity because of insufficient primer coverage of all possible rearrangements.
