Harrod–Domar Growth Model with Memory and Distributed Lag
In this paper, we propose a macroeconomic growth model, in which we take into account memory with power-law fading and gamma distributed lag. This model is a generalization of the standard Harrod–Domar growth model.

Bimatrix variate Kummer-gamma distribution
In this article, we propose a bimatrix variate Kummer-gamma distribution. Several properties of this distribution including moment generating function, marginal and conditional distributions, moments are also derived.

The Inverse Gamma Distribution: A New Shadowing Model
In this paper, we provide empirical evidence that the inverse gamma distribution is an excellent alternative for the lognormal and gamma distributions which are often used to model shadowing.

Process Monitoring Using Truncated Gamma Distribution
The time-between-events idea is commonly used for monitoring high-quality processes. This study aims to monitor the increase and/or decrease in the process mean rapidly using a one-sided exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) chart for the ...

On the Linear Combination of Exponential and Gamma Random Variables
: The exact distribution of the linear combination α X + β Y is derived when X and Y are exponential and gamma random variables distributed independently of each other. A measure of entropy of the linear combination is investigated. We also provide

Modeling the distribution of aftershocks data in Pakistan
In the present study an effort has been made to find out the best fitting distribution to explain the aftershocks behavior in Pakistan. For this purpose two parameter Gamma, Weibull, Lognormal, Frechet and three parameter Generalized Extreme Value and ...

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
