Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...

On a (p,k)-analogue of the Gamma function and some associated Inequalities
In this paper, we introduce a new two-parameter deformation of the classical Gamma function, which we call a (p,k)-analogue of the Gamma function. We also provide some identities generalizing those satisfied by the classical Gamma function.

Aged human bmMSCs are seeded in the scaffold. Osteoblastic induction can slightly increase cell's bone‐forming activity to produce bone‐like tissues, shown as the sporadic xylenol orange‐stained spots (the lower left image). Notably, pioglitazone plus EGCG co‐treatment dramatically increases cell's bone‐forming activity and bone‐like tissue production (

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

Some Representations of the Modified Degenerate Gamma Matrix Function [PDF]
The main goal of this article is to extend the concept of special matrix functions through the study of modified degenerate Gamma matrix function. For this, the modified degenerate Gamma matrix function has been introduced and some of its properties have

Global calibrations for the non-homogeneous Mumford-Shah functional
Using a calibration method we prove that, if $\Gamma\subset \Omega$ is a closed regular hypersurface and if the function $g$ is discontinuous along $\Gamma$ and regular outside, then the function $u_{\beta}$ which solves $$ \begin{cases} \Delta u_{\beta}=

We analyzed alterations of PAR metabolism‐related proteins in PARG inhibitor‐resistant HCT116RPDD cells. Although PARG levels remained unchanged, HCT116RPDD cells exhibited reduced PARP1 and ARH3 expression and elevated PAR levels. Interestingly, HCT116RPDD cells exhibited slightly elevated intracellular NAD+/NADH and ATP levels. Our findings suggest a
