Identification of factors related to pain from musculoskeletal injections
Abstract Background Musculoskeletal injections are a common clinical procedure, often intended to reduce joint or muscular pain in patients. Further identification is warranted to identify additional clinical variables that may lead to increased or decreased pain perception with musculoskeletal injections.

Mesenchymal stem cell‐derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) from human cornea and bone marrow, cultured in 2D and 3D conditions, are characterized and tested for corneal nerve repair. 3D‐derived EVs show superior therapeutic efficacy and in vivo reinnervation.
