U ovom radu prikazana su istraživanja mogućnosti gajenja medicinski važne gljive Ganoderma lucidum pod laboratorijskim i poluindustrijskim uslovima. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da micelijumi ispitivanih izolata pri laboratorijskim uslovima rastu 9,2-13,5 mm dnevno, na temperaturi od 25oC. Phytochemical analysis of Ganoderma lucidum

Ganoderma lucidum, a wild mushroom, was analysed for presence of its bioactive compounds. The mushroom extracts were prepared using methanol, ethanol, and distilled water. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of tannins, saponins, phenolic compounds, reducing sugar, and alkaloids.
