Claudin‐6 Protein Expression in Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid Tumors Is Strongly Enriched in the Molecular Subgroup AT/RT‐TYR

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Claudin‐6 has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic target, yet protein‐level data in atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RTs) have been inconsistent. We analyzed 36 well‐characterized AT/RT samples and found membranous claudin‐6 protein expression in 58% of cases, with striking enrichment in the molecular subgroup AT/RT‐TYR (100%) and ...

Time Toxicity in Wilms Tumor: Quantifying the Burden of Healthcare Interaction in the First Year After Diagnosis

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Wilms tumor (WT) treatment imposes a significant time burden on patients and their families. Time toxicity is a patient‐centered metric that quantifies the burden of healthcare interaction. We sought to define time toxicity in the first year after diagnosis of WT and hypothesized that it would increase as tumor stage and treatment ...

Analytical Model for the Channel Maximum Temperature in Ga2O3 MOSFETs

open access: yesNanoscale Research Letters, 2021
In this work, we proposed an accurate analytical model for the estimation of the channel maximum temperature of Ga2O3 MOSFETs with native or high-thermal-conductivity substrates.

Heterogeneity in the Global Practice of Central Nervous System Staging in Pediatric Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Central nervous system (CNS) involvement in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is assessed by cell counting and cytomorphology from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and is used for treatment stratification worldwide. The ratio of “CNS2” patients in clinical trials ranges from 3% to 40%, with unclear prognostic significance ...

Tear Film Amphiphilic and Anti-Inflammatory Lipids in Bovine Pink Eye

open access: yesMetabolites, 2018
Background: Tear film fluid serves as a dynamic barrier that both lubricates the eye and protects against allergens and infectious agents. However, a detailed analysis of a bacteria-induced immune response on the tear film lipidome has not been ...

H-diamond MOS interface properties and FET characteristics with high-temperature ALD-grown HfO2 dielectric

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2021
The performance of hydrogen-terminated diamond MOSFETs with a large gate–drain interspace (LGD) was analyzed on a polycrystalline diamond sample. A 300 °C atomic layer deposition grown (ALD-grown) HfO2 dielectric (28 nm) was used the gate dielectric and ...

Emapalumab for Immune Effector Cell‐Associated Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis‐Like Syndrome Following CD19‐Directed CAR‐T in Two Patients With B‐ALL: Clinical and Biomarker Correlates

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Immune effector cell‐associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis‐like syndrome (IEC‐HS) is a life‐threatening hyperinflammatory toxicity distinct from cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurotoxicity following chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell (CAR‐T) therapy. In a single‐institution retrospective cohort of pediatric and young adult patients

Imperfect Gaps in Gap-ETH and PCPs

open access: yesCoRR, 2019
We study the role of perfect completeness in probabilistically checkable proof systems (PCPs) and give a new way to transform a PCP with imperfect completeness to a PCP with perfect completeness when the initial gap is a constant. In particular, we show that $\text{PCP}_{c,s}[r,q] \subseteq \text{PCP}_{1,1-Ω(1)}[r+O(1),q+O(r)]$, for $c-s=Ω(1)$.

Effects of Post Annealing on Electrical Performance of Polycrystalline Ga2O3 Photodetector on Sapphire

open access: yesNanoscale Research Letters, 2020
Effects of post annealing on the physical and electrical properties of solar-blind polycrystalline gallium oxide (Ga2O3) ultraviolet photodetectors on the sapphire substrate are investigated.
